I haven't added a journal entry in nearly a year, so I just wanted to point out all the places where I exist online.

I am probably around other places too, but I think this is all the major hitters for now. On ALL of these places I am more active than on dA, and my TWITTER is the center of activity where all these places are linked up.  (Although I stopped linking my Tumblr account to my Twitter, and now only link it when I post art. Even then, not all the time. I am mostly on Tumblr these days.)

Occasionally dA is where I post a picture that doesn't quite fit anywhere else yet, and if I do this then I tweet about it, but like I said dA is definitely a small fraction of my activity. I don't think I ever would 'quit' dA anytime soon, I'm not that kind of person that cares about the 'drama' that normally makes people leave around here. Most importantly, I have an immense love for all of your beautiful support! I really appreciate every comment, watch, and fave I get and I don't know where I'd be without the friends I've made around here.


I know it seems as if I am not around much anymore, but I check back every day, post images when I can, and read and look at everything I get in my inbox. Which is saying a lot, considering I watch over 700 amazing artists. There are so many wonderful people on this website! It still gives me joy to look through my devWatch!

I have been very busy this year to say the least. It has been both an exciting and exhausting experience, and I can not wait for the future. It's funny, because everyone around me seems so hesitant about where they are going. I can only see a stream of endless possibilities and opportunities where artists really have a chance to innovate and change the environment of the comics community. We are going through a time of serious change. The future of the comics industry is unknown, but I feel that there is no large need to worry. Where beautiful art exists, and where ambitious creators will never give up, then there will be people who will be around to love it.
